Some rooms have been blocked for Sep 24 for those of you who want to play golf* or just come early. (The Marriott may honor our special rate for additional days.) *Anyone interested in playing golf on the Sep 25 contact Michael Hodge 256-520-9999 or Ed Walker 256-651-5713, & meet in the hotel Lobby @ 11 AM on the 25th.

Thursday evening we will have a reception & cook out at the hotel pool area.
Friday morning we will get a presentation at the hotel by the PEO Aviation, then travel by chartered bus to Lynchburg, TN & Jack Daniel’s for a Square & Distillery tour, then a “BBQ on the Hill” in the evening.
Saturday morning we will offer some activities for the ladies while the Blackhawks conduct association business. Saturday evening banquet will be next to the hotel at the US Space & Rocket Center.
